Nina Wang

Vice President/Senior Counsel, Greencourt Capital Inc.

Ms. Wang joined Greencourt Capital as Vice President and Senior Counsel.  Greencourt Capital is a wholly owned Subsidiary of Shanghai Greencourt Investment Group Co. Ltd.  Ms. Wang helped with the formation of W-G Capital, which is a venture of West Group and Greencourt Capital, and has been one of the five executive board of managers of W-G Capital.  Ms. Wang is in charge of the structure design of international transactions, tax planning, investment decisions and post-investment management of Greencourt Capital.  In addition, Ms. Wang maintains relationship with investors and provides overseas real estate investment strategies and tax counseling services for Chinese investors.

Ms. Wang has approximately 20 years’ tax experiences.  She worked in finance and tax planning area for Deloitte & Touche, Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, IBM, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Ms. Wang earned her LL. M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.  She is a member of the New York State Bar and a CPA licensed in New York State.

Simon Frost

Chief Financial Officer, Greencourt Capital Inc.

Mr. Frost serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Greencourt Group.  He is in charge of finance, accounting, capital markets, investments, and asset management.

Mr. Frost has extensive experience in real estate investment, operations, and development.  In the 1990s, Mr. Frost worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in South Africa, and Smith and Williamson in London.  Over the past ten years, he worked at Taylor Development (CFO), Goal Financial (Treasurer), The American Home (Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer), and Key Properties (President and Chief Operating Officer).

Mr. Frost holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the Cambridge University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of South Africa.  Mr. Frost also holds an active CPA license in Washington DC.

Jonathan Seigel

Senior Managing Director, Greencourt Capital Inc.

Mr. Seigel is Senior Managing Director at GreencourtCapital Inc.  Mr. Seigel has over 25 years of experience in private equity real estate and mortgage finance.  Prior to joining Greencourt, Mr. Seigel was a Managing Director at FirstKey, a Cerberus portfolio company focused on providing financing to the single-family investor market.  Previously, he was an Executive Vice President at Pretium Partners, focused on sourcing single-family rental properties and non-performing loans.  Mr. Seigel acquired over $1 billion of real estate while he worked at The Carlyle Group and J.E. Robert Companies/Goldman Sachs Venture.

Mr. Seigel was also Head of Risk Management for Freddie Mac’s Multifamily Business, the second largest rental mortgage portfolio in the country with over $100 billion in mortgages and securities.

Mr. Seigel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
